Questions & answers

What is a data app?

A dashboard, tracker, worklist or report that your AI builds when you ask for it, on your company’s data. It reads your data fresh each time it opens, so nobody works from an old export.

Does it replace our dashboards?

It depends. In general: keep the reports you already have. Need anything new? Try building a data app first.

Do people who open a data app need a Koalake licence?

For our Standard plan, yes. On Dedicated, people who only open data apps are free.

Can a data app show someone more than their role allows?

No. A data app reads your data through Koalake under the role of whoever opens it, never the builder’s.
