Set access in one place

Today, every system and every AI tool keeps its own access rules. In Koalake, you set fine-grained access per role, in one place for all your sources.

Control where your data goes

Your AI runs under your own Claude or ChatGPT plan. It reads only the results your role allows, and sends them to the AI model at Anthropic or OpenAI to write its answer.

Koalake trains no AI model on your data.

Claude Team and Enterprise, and ChatGPT Business and Enterprise, don’t train on it by default either. For company data, use a business plan.

Where Koalake runs

Koalake runs in the EU, on Scaleway, a French cloud provider, so your data stays EU sovereign by default. With Dedicated, you can choose AWS or Azure instead, two US cloud providers, in the region you want.

The company behind Koalake

Koalake is built by Koalitix, a team of data consultants in Rotterdam. Koalitix is certified to ISO/IEC 27001, the international standard for information security.

Questions and answers

Is access checked in the AI, or where the data is stored?

Where the data is stored. Your AI connects to Koalake as you, and Koalake checks your role in the layer that holds the data. The AI never decides what it may see.

Can a prompt widen what the AI sees?

No. A prompt can change what your AI asks for, but never past what your role allows: Koalake answers every request within the role it arrived with.

When someone shares a dashboard, whose access does the viewer get?

Their own. Each person who opens a data app sees what their own role allows, never what the builder’s role allows.

What reaches the AI provider, and can they train on it?

The question and the results the person’s role allows, under your own Claude or ChatGPT plan. Koalake trains no AI model on your data. Whether your provider may is set by your plan; business plans don’t by default.

Where is our data stored and processed?

By default in the EU, on Scaleway. With Dedicated, you can choose AWS or Azure, and another region. Your AI provider processes what your AI reads, under your agreement with them.

Do you have SOC 2?

No. SOC 2 is an audit report under a US standard, set by the AICPA. Koalitix, the company behind Koalake, is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international standard for information security.

Can we try it without connecting our data?

Yes. The free trial comes with demo data, so your team can try Koalake before anything of yours is connected. Our team connects your own data later, with you.
